Service Description
After booking an appointment for any of the vitamin treatments, please contact me at least one day prior to the appointment in order to complete the consent and medical forms. If the medical and consent forms are not completed, I will be unable to administer any of the vitamins. It is mandatory to assess your health condition before making a decision regarding the vitamin treatment.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or ammendments including cancelling part of a treatment with less than 48 hours notice or unattended appointments will result in the loss of your booking fee.
